On XX/XX/2021 I mailed a debt validation letter via certified mail with a return receipt, tracking number XXXX, to Global Asset Agency due to the company reporting an erroneous account on my credit profile. Upon further inquiry, the address listed on my credit report for the company is none other than a Virtual Mailing address and that this company has failed to be available for delivery of my mail piece to sign for the return receipt. This company never attempted to contact me and has never made any contact by mail. This company has not provided proof that this erroneous account belongs to me. They illegally place an erroneous account on my credit profile. Attached to this complaint is my debt validation letter sent to Global Asset Agency pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 { b }.
