I was taken advantage of due to malpractice while several laws were broken under the FCRA by your company. This has caused me financial injury, defamation of character, inability to obtain any type of credit or loans to help my family during this crisis. I can't get a job, a car, or a home. Not to mention XXXX XXXX and XXXX due to my inability to help my family. There is numerous inaccuracies on my report in which I've tried to remedy through the dispute process. That includes addresses I never lived at, jobs I never worked at, social security numbers that are not mine as well as accounts that I never opened from companies I've never done business with. False and misleading representation, and deceptive tactics has allowed XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX as well as their affiliates to obtain my personal information and furnish my consumer report with inaccurate data. I never gave consent for any of the before mentioned consumer reporting agencies to have, furnish, or sell any of my personal information for any reason including for profit that is fraud and violates my rights as a consumer.
