I have been disputing the inaccuracy of the Public Record which is being reported within my credit report. Equifax credit file dated XX/XX/XXXX verified through their third party vendor, XXXX that this item has been reported correctly. I was able to obtain a copy of my XXXX report case number XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX ; their resolution : after a reinvestigation of the data in question, XXXX was unable to verify the accuracy of bankruptcy case number XXXX within the required timeframe as outlined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and subsequently removed this record from your XXXX report. I not understanding, why, this bankrupcty remains in my file after XXXX have REMOVED/DELETED this item. Therefore, this Public RecorXXXX should be DELETED immediately from my credit report.
