We have made all our mortgage payments on time but suddenly lender started saying that we were 3 months behinds and asked us to make up at one time. We tried to talk with our lender and ask our lender to show which months mortgage was and were missing but no answers. At the same time, our lender has started to refuse our regular mortgage payments for more than 10 months up to today and we dont know how to deal with this. What do we need to do at this point? Do we need to go to court to resolve this issue? Thanks! XXXX
