I AM VICTIM OF IDENTITY THEFT. MY IDENTIFICATION CARD AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARD HAS BEEN COMPROMISED MULTIPLE TIMES AND THESE ACCOUNTS ARE THE RESULT OF THIS IDENTITY THEFT AND FRAUDULENT ACCOUNTS. I RECENTLY PULLED MY XXXX, XXXX AND XXXX CREDIT REPORT AND NOTICED ACCOUNTS AND INQUIRIES THAT I DID NOT INITIATE. I CONTACTED THE COMPANIES AND THEY TOLD ME THE ACCOUNTS WERE LISTED UNDER MY NAME AND SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. I DO NOT HAVE ANY RELATION WITH THESE COMPANIES AND BELIEVE THESE ACCOUNTS ARE A RESULT OF IDENTITY THEFT. I HAVE CONTACTED XXXX, XXXX AND XXXX AND EXPLAINED TO THEM THESE ACCOUNTS ARE FRAUDULENT AND NEED TO BE REMOVED BUT THEY REPEATEDLY VIOLATE THE FCRA BY DOING NOTHING.
