We've enjoyed a business relationship with XXXXXXXX XXXX the services of our XXXX XXXX Credit Card for the past three years. Capital One Recently purchased the servicing rights to this credit card in XXXX or XXXX of 2021. Capital One proceeded to cancel all existing autopayments without proper verbal or written communication to the existing customers and card holders of the XXXX XXXX Credit Card. In reviewing our credit history with XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX we've never incurred a late fee or a negative payment history, however after the aquistion by Capital One the removal of our enrolled autopay created a late payment and a late payment fee. Capital One agreed to refund our fee of {$40.00} for there mistake, but not correct our credit report which now reflect a late payment in our now blemished credit history. I would like to seek protect and assistance by the consumer financial protection bureau and protection under the laws to assist in resolving this issue.
