BULL CITY FINANCIAL, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NC XXXX has repletely sent collection notices ignoring my dispute with proof of insurance & self pay payments. I sent all prof to all 3 credit bureaus as well as Bull city, the credit agencies did their investigation and deleted/updated my reports. Now Bull City keeps deleting the account from my credit and then reporting the account to my credit. The latest report to my credit was on XX/XX/XXXX. I originally sent all proof to original creditor on XX/XX/XXXX, my 1st collection letter was sent on XX/XX/XXXX and on XX/XX/XXXX I responded with copies of all payments. I sent the credit bureaus my proof on XX/XX/XXXX and shortly after the account was removed. Since then Bull City keeps removing and adding the account to my credit. I wish to file a formal complaint as I have sent proof of payment to all involved, and after investigation it was determined account was in fact paid in full and Bull City is stil trying to get me to double pay as well as destroying my credit with the constant report/remove/report that they are doing.
