XX/XX/2021 Certified Affidavit Sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and Demand for Removal XX/XX/2021 Requested Response Letter Sent to Bureau Follow Up on Demand for Removal XX/XX/2021 Final Follow Up and Response Requested and Demand for Removal I am speaking on behalf of myself and no one is speaking for me. I have contacted via certified mail Equifax and XXXX on 4 separate occasions with no response or removal. This is direct violation of 15 USC 1692 ( g ) Validation of Debts. Not only have I not given the credit reporting agencies written consent to furnish my consumer report at no time per 15 USC 1681b. I am prepared to file with the federal courts about the continuous back and forth with the credit reporting agencies who clearly know that they are in violation of the law. It clearly states that once I notify each credit report agency of my identity theft a removal of the account or information is to be removed while under investigation. I as the the consumer is also the person to identify this information for validation but not one person has called me to verify anything.
