I paid off my car loan at the beginning of XXXX. They claim they sent the title, I never received it. They now have been promising to send me a release of XXXX paperwork so I can get a duplicate and have not received it. It has been 2 & 1/2 months going on three months. They have a call center that refuses to transfer you to anyone. They say they have to email The title department and can not transfer or give me another number. I have called probably 2 dozen times, they always say it takes 15 days. I have yet to receive anything!
