Upon contacting XXXX I was told they could not assist only to state the alleged balance and directed to Valor Intelligent Processing LLC a 3rd party debt collector. Valor stated they received my correspondence and the account was proven NOT fraud as they will continue to pursue! They could not produce relative facts as I demanded. I explained this inaccurate reported information is causing a hardship and needs to be removed. Not only is Valor Intelligent Processing LLC knowingly violating my consumer rights per 15 USC Chapter 41 they have No permissible purpose per 15 usc 1681b, they are knowingly causing tremendous pain to my family and I. This company is holding our family from getting a home due to them infringing my consumer rights.I attempted to handle this matter directly to no avail. Only to be mocked as I informed them once again how they are violating my law binding consumer rights. XXXX XXXX has to uphold the laws placed and is their civil liability per 15 usc 1692k. I will go to the extent of the law to get my due remedy.
