on XX/XX/2022 I called XXXX concerned about an inaccurate account that I had already gotten removed. Account number # # # # # # # # # # # # # XXXX from receivable managements systems was reported on my consumer report on XX/XX/2022 after I had gotten it removed in XX/XX/2022 ; I did not receive any notification of the entry of this negative collection, any validation of debt, verification of debt from XXXX nor Receivable management Systems. While I was on the phone with an XXXX XXXX, I informed her that I already called Receivable Man Sys and requested verification of debt and Validation of debt I did NOT receive any information for either. I then asked her what information did XXXX obtain to verify the debt and the Rep aid she did not see anything there, even though the account has been disputed before and XXXX allegedly completed an investigation but does not have any documentation regarding the debt. XXXX and receivable management systems violated my consumer RIGHTS and I want the accounts removed to fine both parties {$1000.00} USD each for violations of my consumer rights, failing to protect me as a consumer.
