On XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke with a woman who stated her name was XXXX and represented herself as a manger. I gave her a verbal cease and desist and stated any further communication should be conducted by US mail. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, I received 3 phone calls from this company in a little over an hour. On numerous occasions I have attempted to give this company the numerous adjusters and claim information to pursue the insurance for these bills. I have occupational hazard insurance, personal medical insurance, medical payments coverage, as well as third party liability insurance in relation to these bills. I was told the company would not submit bills to the insurance and I needed to pay them.
