I filed a dispute by mail with Experian regarding inaccurate information being reported. Experian indicated the information was valid however they failed to provide details that I requested such as how they verified the information and requested supporting documents. Experian continues to dismiss my request along with actually verifying the account which can be proven by looking over my report. There are clearly errors on my report that manipulates the status of limitation and if Experian was actually reviewing and conducting an investigation then they would have identified those errors and if they were ethical then they would have deleted/updated the account. Experian continues to send generic responses stating it was validated when it wasnt. An actual ethical investigation has not taken place and they need to be held accountable as this has a negative impact on my report and credit score.
