When I was XXXX I got a Car and shorts afterwards the Next year I XXXX because I am an XXXX XXXX XXXX in the XXXX. When I XXXX I didn't have anyway to contact America I tried to. download multiple Texting/calling apps, I tried emailing but to no Avail I could not reach XXXX in America. When I returned I noticed that I had a collection and it was from them It said my account charged off in XXXX when I was XXXX and whenI called and told them my situation they rest assured I was good and that it was okay. They gaslighted me Into believing things until I just paid the car off in one big lumpsum. While I was paying they reported every month CO reseting my date of last activity with them.I tried to ask them to stop since they can not legally do that and they said that they are doing what they are instructed.I didn't argue or fight with them because, I was young and didn't realize how bad that was. Now I recently tried contacting them to no avail to get the to delete the CO month by month and have a more accurate reading and they have not. I Paid the account off in XXXX
