I recently noticed some mistakes in my credit report. On XX/XX/2021 I mailed dispute letters to all three credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion ) asking them to investigate and verify two negative collections accounts ( XXXX and XXXX XXXX ). Two weeks later, on XX/XX/2021 I mailed a second letter in because I noticed some unauthorized inquiries on my account also. Not only did they not respond within the 30 day period for the disputes I sent on XX/XX/2021 when I finally received results from the credit bureaus on XX/XX/2021 the accounts came back as verified after I included all the inaccuracies the collection companies were reporting between the three bureaus. I was not satisfied with their investigation, so I contacted the collections agencies asking them to validate that the debt belongs to me. Neither the credit bureaus nor the collection agencies provided me with verifiable proof and signatures to show that the accounts belong to me. They have ignored my disputes and failed to provide me with the proper paperwork to show ownership. These derogatory accounts have caused me tremendous hardship in accessing credit, loans, and employment opportunities in a time when it's already hard enough with what's going on.
