I called the credit card company XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/22. Was informed that collection agency XXXX XXXX and the internal collection has my account and I was transferred to them. The representative from XXXX XXXX told me that they are not servicing accounts in NC due to state restrictions. If no one is servicing my account and I have no way to reach out to anyone for information then she not be reporting the account on my credit report. All I ask is that someone talk to me so I can come up with a payment plan or settlement.
