Wells Fargo Bank issued me a SECURED CREDIT CARD back in XX/XX/XXXX. It has taken until XX/XX/XXXX to receive a response letter from them telling me that the CREDIT CARD IS NOW UNSECURED. However, XXXX CREDIT BUREAU is NOT reporting this credit card on my report. I have been back and forth with BOTH companies. They claim ( XXXX ) that I have to go back to Wells Fargo Bank. So I did, they called there back office. Which said, that we are reporting it. I looked on the report and filed a dispute with XXXX and they sent me right back to Wells Fargo Bank. Now its XXXX and I want this agency to investigate it the fullest extent of the law. Thank you all for your efforts!
