XXXXDepartment of Education is reporting inaccurate information to my personal credit reports. This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I have reached out to the company multiple times and they have not complied with my request. I sent letters requesting for the inaccurate accounts be deleted from my credit report. I informed them that they were violating my rights. This is violation of FCRA law 15 USC 1681 and 15 USC 1681 a ( 2 ) ( a ) ( I ). First letter sent XX/XX/2021 Second letter sent XXXX XXXX XXXX company sent me a letter XXXX XXXX stating no knowledge of wrong reporting.I have attached a copy of that letter.
