I had a car loan from XXXX XXXX from XXXX of XXXX I paid the loan off in XX/XX/XXXX. 2 years ago I informed Equifax via complaint that it was over XXXX XXXX XXXX and needed to be dropped from my credit report just like it was dropped on XXXX after 10 years Equifax stated to me that it's correct and put a date that is still good of XX/XX/XXXX which is incorrect because it was already paid for 10 years with a XXXX balance it's now 12 years and it's still on my Equifax report I tried to file another complaint but they would not allow me to I called them they were useless and did nothing to help can you please help me correct this thank you.
