I received a call from a company called mediation services saying I owed a debt from check n go from prior to XXXX. They refused to give me a date. They said they were sending the sheriff to my house to sue me. I did file a bankruptcy in XXXX, and I listed all my creditors but there was not one for a check n go, but three other payday lenders were listed. They had my current address as well an address from XXXX. They said they had a copy of my ID. When I asked them to send me proof of the debt, they refused.
