I paid off a car loan recently ( last month ). My credit score was XXXX. All of sudden, my credit score went down XXXX points ( please attached proof ) a few days ago from XXXX XXXX app. I found it very unusual and unfair for my credit to be significantly impacted that way. I work hard to improve my credit. I just dont think it is correct for my credit to go down the way it did, especially when I have made payments to pay off a debit and to keep my account current.
