XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX refuse to move public records off my credit report. I submitted my dispute on XXXX and XXXX Equifax, and XXXX had my results on XXXX. They didn't reinvestigate anything. I asked for the contract with my signature on it. They failed to send me any information validating where they received their information from. I submitted a letter from the XXXX court stating they don't report or validate anything to the credit bureaus. I asked that XXXX Equifax, and XXXX remove this public record off my credit report asap. My XXXX and age is playing a big part of XXXX Equifax, and XXXX unfairness. I have submitted all the proof they need several times. I need this issue resolved asap.
