Equifax has refused on to remove/delete false, incorrect information from my credit report on multiple occasions. Current accounts in question are US DEPT ED XXXX US DEPT ED XXXX On numerous letters direct to Equifax and sent through CFPB I have expressed and made them aware of false incorrect information reporting on these two accounts. On each dispute they have verified or updated account but account still shows inaccurate/incorrect information reporting. Leaving me to believe either this account does not belong to me or they are ignoring my request. Once again this account reflects a balance I do not recognize, the account is reporting multiple inaccuracies across all 3 different bureaus XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX. I have already sent in documents showing the incorrect information from all three bureaus. I will send in supporting evidence once again. Equifax, when I send them in this supporting evidence likes to open and close accounts in question. They opened account in XXXX, closed accounts in XXXX, XXXX now they opened the accounts for month of XXXX. On numerous disputes Equifax has closed the accounts, then later opened the accounts on my report allowing for my credit score to sway back in-forth being very detrimental to my well being. These accounts are reporting as collection account but Equifax has them open once again also with late payments. These are major errors and I have repeartedly asked them to remove these errored accounts from my credit report.
