After careful review of my Trans Union credit report I see there's an account reporting that I'm not familiar with. I have never done any business with this allege company XXXX XXXX XXXX, nor will this allege company be able to provide trans union with any contractual proof that they are legally obligated to report any allege debt on my trans union credit file. XXXX XXXX XXXX has never sent me any correspondence verifying there existence. If trans union continues to report this fraudulent account they will be in violation of multiple FCRA and FDCPA violations.
