XXXX XXXX XXXX reposed by car on behalf of Westlake Financial- I never received no letters, no phone calls etc. so while I was visiting my daughter with all of my belongings in car including my purse and my daily medication- was taken out of my daughters driveway. I took care of the issue immediately by making a payment, however no car, no purse, no medicine. I have talked to 10 people at westlake and attempted to call XXXX all day, in order to at least get my medicine. Finally after holding 60 min and then being told that I would have to do a callback someone called me 6 hours later, I asked about my medicine. I was told by the rudest person I have ever spoken with. That the lot is open by apt only and too bad for me. I have witnesses to the call. I said I need my medicine and again was told not her problem. So I am once again on hold with them. I am XXXX years old and quite disturbed by this and not one person will help me. By the way the confirmation number for my payment is XXXX I was also told by the XXXX XXXX XXXX that Westlake did not send anything over-
