On XX/XX/XXXX, I placed two individual orders from an XXXX catalog I received : I opened a credit account for {$750.00} for the 1st Order # XXXX. This totaled {$750.00} ( incl. Shipping/Handling fees ). This order included a number of items ; however, I only received one item, XXXX ( 2 ea. ) ; High-Waist Control Legging ( Size 3x Black ) ; {$59.00} each : total cost being {$110.00}. XXXX/XXXX emails later stated delivery was made, though I received no such deliveries. I reported non-delivery details to XXXX staff on XX/XX/XXXX via telephone call. I was advised that credit would be issued to my account for the items ordered that I did not receive. I was further advised not to contact XXXX personally because this would interfere with XXXX XXXX responsibility in the process. [ XXXX issues of non-delivery to many customers in the XXXX XXXX geographic area has been a recurring news story on local television. ] I also want to point out that Item XXXX XXXX were actually received in a package delivered by USPS that contained one item from Order # XXXX ( Size 2x Bomber Jacket ), which was from a different order I subsequently placed. I have fully paid for the leggings received from XXXX # XXXX [ checks written : XX/XX/XXXX for {$40.00} ; XX/XX/XXXX for {$45.00} ; XX/XX/XXXX for {$50.00} -- this last payment would have generously covered all interest against the leggings total cost of {$110.00}! It would also either reduce my account balance to {$0.00} or reveal a credit on this account!! I fully paid off the second order ( this was also placed on XX/XX/XXXX ) with XXXX. I wrote out a check on XX/XX/XXXX for {$300.00}. I owe this company no money ; I choose to do no further business with them either! I wrote XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, as soon as I received their first statement -- contesting their reporting. XXXX has not issued the credits due me. XXXX continues to improperly bill me. XXXX in my opinion, continues to illegally charge accrued interest to my account. XXXX has not even bothered to respond to that letter of XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX latest bill received shows a " New Balance '' of {$630.00} with a " Payment Due Date '' of XX/XX/XXXX. It also contains a " Finance Charge '' dated XX/XX/XXXX of {$13.00}. These actions to date will negatively impact my credit rating -- through no fault of mine.
