To Whom it may concern : I recently received a copy of my credit report, and I noticed some accounts on my consumer report that should not be on there. I demand the below account deleted from my consumer report. XXXX XXXX xxxxxxxx XXXX with a balance of {$2100.00} I demand the reporting company cease and desist pursuant to federal law. The reporting of these account ( s ) is/are violations of 15 USC 1692 c ( c ), The Fair Credit Reporting Act [ 15 USC 1692 c ( c ) ] ( c ) CEASING COMMUNICATIONIf a consumer notifies a debt collector in writing that the consumer refuses to pay a debt or that the consumer wishes the debt collector to cease further communication with the consumer, the debt collector shall not communicate further with the consumer with respect to such debt, except ( 1 ) to advise the consumer that the debt collectors further efforts are being terminated ; ( 2 ) to notify the consumer that the debt collector or creditor may invoke specified remedies which are ordinarily invoked by such debt collector or creditor ; or ( 3 ) where applicable, to notify the consumer that the debt collector or creditor intends to invoke a specified remedy. If such notice from the consumer is made by mail, notification shall be complete upon receipt. The reporting company is in violation of the federal law under the FCRA. The reporting company does not have permissible purpose to report the account information above pursuant to 15 USC 1681 b. I demand this account be deleted from my consumer report.
