I contacted the XXXX XXXX LL, Now with agree to repay re fresh my account to current but they reporting late payment. all this situations was relay to covid 19 situation and lock down losing temporatly my job. Also to be afected directly with the with the COVID. I contacted then to arrenge a payment plan to continue and bring my account current. after been hospitalized aconsecuence of natural desastre COVID 19 illness and complications for me be a high risk patient. which I was at not income since XX/XX/XXXX Still today XX/XX/XXXX again. still making my payments I am dealing with Covid 19 effect and after speak to then they refused to help and still continuel reporting late to all to the bureau as delinquent.
