When I attempted to unfreeze my account at Equifax, I got a message that I had to call them. When I called them on XX/XX/2022 at XXXX I was asked identity questions which I answered to the best of my memory. This information was not good enough where by the person at Equifax sent me a text message to obtain my drivers license and my picture. The text was not working whereby he sent the text to me again. Again it failed to work and then I was informed that, I order to get my credit unfrozen, I needed to send them a letter stating what I needed along with a picture and a copy of my social security card. I asked to speak to a supervisor who actually sounded just like the person who was attempting to help me. While I appreciate the company safe guarding my information, I have had no problem with XXXX or XXXX unfreezing my account on XX/XX/2022. I have and continue to have difficulties with this company Equifax.
