I filed XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy in XXXX of XXXX. I was assigned a XXXX payment plan with my trustee to which I successfully completed in XXXX of XXXX. My Discharge notice was filed on XX/XX/XXXX and the Ordering Closing was finalized on XX/XX/XXXX. A Bankruptcy type can either be discharged or dismissed. The difference with these types are what require either a 24 month or 48 month waiting period when applying for a conventional loan. Due to TransUnion reporting my Bankruptcy type inaccurately it is not allowing me to purchase my dream home with a conventional loan to eliminate paying PMI.
