The FCRA and the FDCPA state that the information reported to our credit file needs to be complete and accurate, however, their more concerned about reporting what the acct subscribers report to them because their getting paid by it as opposed to filing accurate information. I reporting errors on my credit file referencing the XXXX Acct. The information XXXX there is inaccurate. I have submitted complaints in the past and they still have not been rectified. This acct needs to be removed from my file. I keep getting a notice from Experian and XXXX stating that they are not going to look into the information, but your information is flawed and needs to be removed. Also on XXXX and Experian, there's a XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) and XXXX ( Experian ) that's on my credit file that does not belong to me and the information is also incorrect as to what they're reporting on my file. XXXX is reporting a XXXX acct and that acct also does not belong to me.
