I called XXXX to find out why my account balance all of sudden jumped up over XXXX dollars when I make my XXXX dollars payments every month. When you ask them they tell me that it is the daily interest that has made my loan go up. I am calling them liars because the daily interest has never ever made my account balance go up on any month. I know that XXXX is a smaller company of whells Financial and when I looked them up thru the XXXX they did the same thing and got caught with not legally keeping up with payments, and not keeping records. I have every payment I have made to them and this is not right, but will not give a acceptable answer. Their answer is false because this has never happen before and they are covering it up with this false statement. I have paid over twice the amount back. But now they are increasing my account balance and will not give me a answer that makes any sense. If you need any information I will provide it.
