I was paid {$1000.00} for the settlement in the class action lawsuit, XXXX vs. XXXX. I chose to get my payment via PayPal, and set up an account to receive it. I was using the XXXX browser, which caused PayPal to be unable to determine my location. This apparently violates some sort of policy and they've banned me after receiving my {$1000.00} which they won't release. I'm currently homeless, and {$1000.00} would change my life. Yet PayPal continues to hold my money. I called customer service and they said this was in case of any charge-backs which won't happen due to the nature of the payment.
