Wells Fargo sent an email out today on XX/XX/2022, around XXXX pm sent a notice of reversal of temporary credits to accounts that received stimulus payment through the child tax credit. Now because I receive SSDI I automatically pay every overdraft fee as soon as the deposit hits... so now Wells Fargo is basically trying to double dip in payments and claim that they paid all the overdraft fees when I have the evidence through my statements that I paid every overdraft with my direct deposit. Now as I am trying to get myself finances together now you see that I am going to be hit with a huge overdraft fee that will then consume all my benefits. I have all my bank statements and am looking for assistance now for a class action case because I know I am not the only one.
