- Buyout payment was received by XXXXF on XX/XX/XXXX along with odometer statement - XXXX cashed the check on XX/XX/XXXX - I was told it would take 3 business days for the account to be updated - On XXXX customer service told me they did not have the odometer statement so I uploaded it to the website - On XXXX I was told the account was closed and the title would be mailed out today XX/XX/XXXX - Today, I called and they told me they can not release the title until they have an odometer statement, which I already submitted twice - I am unable to speak to anyone in titling and it seems customer service is unable to communicate directly with them either.
