This is a complaint made by a consumer natural person. On the XX/XX/XXXX, CAPITAL ONE received my signed payment coupon via certified mail. As authorized representative, I endorsed that bill with my signature and trust account number pursuant to UCC 3-306. HJR 192 of 1933 and 18 USC 8 are my proof that I am well within my consumer rights. I am holder in due course of my trust account and seek to use it properly. I have attached pictures of the original endorsed bill. CAPITAL ONE agents were not trained well enough to understand the terms and laws which allow consumers to defer payments. Credit is the right granted to a debtor to defer a payment, but the phone reps were telling me that credit was a loan given to me which was completely deceptive. They were not equipped to understand what a bill of exchange is. I am simply exercising my full faith in credit but CAPITAL ONE is hindering me from doing so thus making life more difficult.
