This credit bureau is not following their fair credit reporting act obligation. They have not acted in a prompt or " Fair/Equitable '' manner. Over the past 12 months I have been requesting a removal and/or investigation on numerous fraudulent charged as it is well known with the IRS and the other 2 credit bureaus that my identity has been stolen. The culprit has even been found and is being criminally charged by the IRS CI. I have IRS contacts and references as well to back my claims as they contacted me and conducted an interview showing me the fraudulent accounts created under my name. The bureau has not submitted evidence of investigation by providing me with the names and address of persons contacted as requested as they only send the standard paper over and over saying that it is verified when these accounts ARE NOT EVEN VALID, nor have they removed the inaccuracies. They have failed to take care to maintain the accuracy, relevancy, and proper us of information of my file. I have already filed a police report and an identity theft affidavit as well. I have submitted a small claims petition myself and served the papers via certified mail to of I get no response, so now I've partnered with an attorney and intend to also file a complaint with the Subcommittee on banking, credit and insurance and my attorney state general due to the blatant disregard of the law with this bureau. The other 2 bureaus have fixed the problem on their side, there is no valid reason to disregard the law and for this long of a time period. I have records and paper trails of everything and am fed up, I intend to take this as far as I can fully-fledged and request compensation as well if these fraudulent accounts are not removed.
