I sued Equifax Information Services, LLC among others and settled with Equifax out of court. The case was dismissed in XXXX of 2021. Since that time they have been reporting my score in the mid to high XXXX, down from the XXXX plus. There are no collections and the Balances on the loan ( medical reasons ) and credit card have decrease thru out this time. I have called that the online version is known to be error, the score in the system they use is over XXXX and in one case to contact my attorney cause it was retaliation for suing them. Also the reports I was supposed to receive never arrived and let us not forget them changing my current address to an old one they admit to. I have over 45 years in XXXX as a XXXX XXXX XXXX and if one or multiple Databases can be fixed by using XXXX, XXXX or any program for updateing, either online or batch. I am going for a Mortgage on a new house and the above can and will hurt. XXXX XXXX XXXX
