This is the continuation of complaints filed against Experian about incomplete and inaccurate reporting of accounts on my credit report. This account reflects US Dept of ED, account number XXXX. The credit reports reflects that it is a closed account, and 'transferred to another office ''. The original amount reflecting as XXXX. This account shows that in 2017 no data was available for XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX, but then reports that the account is 120 days late in XXXX, 120 days late in XXXX and 120 days late in XXXX. The credit report also shows no applicable payment for XXXX and no dates shown for the rest of 2017, XXXX through XXXX. There is no original creditor shown. I have no knowledge of who this debt collector is listed under the guise of US Dept of ED, the number isn't a working phone number and the number on the recording hangs up at ( XXXX ) XXXX. The credit report reflects, " disputed by consumer ''. I have requested validation of this debt, but I only have received generic, vague responses, if any responses at all. I have never received anything substantial. The address listed is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA XXXX. I have spoken with representatives from a company called XXXX XXXX with this same address that I found on a XXXX search, unfortunately they were unable to help me. I demand validation of this account. I demand proof of claim for this account. I am demanding to know their permissible purpose for being on my credit report, does this company have a binding two party contract with me? I want to verify that there is no debt parking on my credit report.
