Hi, I have recently starting having this problem about a month ago. I enter my userid and password and I'm passed to a link that says " We've detected a problem while logging in ''. I am then prompted to select receiving a special code to let me login. I selected a phone call which happen correctly and successfully. This is a pain in my back side. I just got off the phone with CapitalOne 's customer support people. I asked them why I was being required to do their 2 step verification process CONSTANTLY. They said they couldn't help me. I asked for a supervisor and got the same answer. Clearly there is something wrong or broken with this process ( me or their web site ) but was told that there was NO ONE WHO COULD HELP ME and that their site is functioning properly and that, basically, I was stuck. This answer is unacceptable to me but I could NOT find someone who could help me. Can you get their attention on my behalf please? XXXX ...
