On XX/XX/XXXX I wrote XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX a letter to ask for a copy of a 1099 because the above account is charged off. This is not a refusal to pay but I believe that XXXX is in violation of the FCRA and FDCPA because I received a letter from XXXX in response to the 1099 and they responded by saying that the account was charged off in XX/XX/XXXX for {$14000.00}. The problem is they have continued to add charges to the account to now make the balance owed to {$16000.00} according to the XXXX credit report that was pulled. I have two other accounts that are charged off with different companies and the balances have not increase after being charged off. I don't understand why the balance of this XXXX continues to increase an estimated XXXX dollars a month.
