I tried to cancel a payment through the app and was unsuccessful. I called XXXX XXXX and had a conference call with a XXXXXXXX XXXX representative on the line since XXXX would be the paying agent. I explained that the app was not working and I was not able to cancel the scheduled {$150.00} payment to change the amount. The representative stated that they were having problems with the app and she would take care of the cancellation. However, she did not do so and I called XXXX XXXX after the amount supposedly canceled was taken out of my XXXX account. I spoke with XXXXXXXX XXXX and they reversed it. I made the minimum amount due making sure the payment was on time.The XXXX XXXX representative said she would take care of it. I have a copy of my latest statement where the amount they list is not due until XX/XX/2022. They listed it as past due. I have never been late on this account. On the statement it shows that the last payment was XXXX the next payment that they listed as past due is inaccurate.
