Hello I am having a few issues with Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX. These 3 agencies have been reporting incorrect information on my credit report. I have submitted multiple request to have incorrect information removed from my credit report and the agencies have not responded nor have they corrected this incorrect information. The credit bureaus are being negligent to my requests. There are multiple errors including CO payment history being reported on a payment timeline. Incorrect high balances across all bureaus, incorrect dates of last activity. Per the FCRA each credit bureau must report identical information in which none of them are doing so. There is also a credit card being reported on my credit report and it is not mine Ive requested this credit card be removed from my report multiple times to no avail. Also the credit bureaus are reporting some of my accounts as charge off a charge off is considered income not debt under consumer law.
