Transunion ( " the CRA '' ) has committed multiple FCRA violations against me. Transunion has consistently stamped my disputes as " verified '' and " accurate '' without conducting reasonable investigations. The CRA has returned investigation results noted " updated '' with no updates. They have reported late payments on accounts of mine that are paid and closed. The CRA has violated my rights and completely ignored any procedural rules required by the FCRA. I have attached, in detail, an initial review of at least 10 accounts that should have been removed from my credit file because they were not corrected or updated. Instead, the CRA stamped these accounts " verified and " accurate '' and repeatedly re-verified as accurate, with absolutely no proof. ( see attached document ) Here are the violations I am seeking remedy for : 1. Failure to properly investigate my disputes 2. Failure to update, correct or delete inaccurate information on my Transunion report 3. Failure to disclose information to me that is relevant to the investigations 4. Failure to send me complete and accurate reports 5. Knowingly falsifying my credit report with negative information 6. Knowingly inserting late payments on accounts that were paid and closed 7. Failure to conduct a reasonable investigation 8. Extending the investigation period for me longer than legally permitted 9. Failure to consider and review all relevant information in my disputes 10. Failure to remove inaccurate unverifiable information
