I check my credit reports faithfully everyday through my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to make sure all is well. On the morning of XX/XX/2022 I was notified my score had changed due to a Collection. I was immediately alarmed & upset because I havent received anything from any collection agency. I logged into my XXXX & XXXX account & seen a collection account for {$370.00} on my credit reports from a company named RADIUS GLOBAL SOLUTION, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, MN. Ive NEVER received ANY PHONE CALL from this agency & Ive NEVER received any letter!! No form of communication at all!! I dont even know of anything where I would owe {$370.00} because I pay all my bills & again, I havent received any type of communication about a {$370.00} debt!! Now my credit score has dropped horribly because of this company! If I hadnt checked my credit report I wouldnt have known anything about this company. I dont have any idea who this collection agency is or what the collection is for or from. Can this please be investigated & completely removed from my credit reports history? I need this to be removed & stopped before it attacks my XXXX credit report. I will attach a screenshot of what I seen on my XXXX credit report. Thank you for ALL your help.
