This complaint is to put on notice that Equifax received my letter today and starts the clock for them to respond to my request. I have included my letter with tracking and a certified mail delivery receipt with signature. As a courtesy, I have also sent this letter and return receipt to XXXX XXXX XXXX the State attorney general of Georgia and My state attorney general XXXX XXXX XXXX to ensure compliance and further investigation into the investigative procedures by Equifax and maintenance and processing of my credit file to ensure that ALL federal laws have been applicable.
