A verification letter was sent for a auto file that failed to verify anything. This file was deleted by Experian XXXX XXXX. Which by law it was supposed to be deleted. Today XXXX XXXX, Experian reopened the file and in less than an hour put it right back on my file without showing any proof of verification. That clearly goes against the fair credit reporting act and this item should be deleted immediately, and permanently.
