My name is XXXX XXXX and I am filing this complaint for myself no third party is involved. I have been going back and forth with Transunion, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX about this billing error. I have attached one of my previous letters for each bureau and a screen shot that clearly shows me being late in XXXX on Transunion and XXXX on XXXX it also shows me being late in XXXX on Transunion and XXXX on XXXX. The only reason I cant show you that XXXX also has different late payments is because I have a separate complaint with them for mixing my file I was never late thats why this is wrong its a billing error and none of the credit bureaus or this company will correct it. Im sending this through CFPB portal so that my next step can be to file litigation
