In XX/XX/2021 TransUnion began applying monthly charges to my XXXX credit card in the amount of {$26.00} for items that I had not authorized. I made the discovery sometime in XXXX and I contacted TransUnion to find out what the charge ( s ) were about. I was told then that these charges would no longer be placed on my XXXX credit card. TransUnion did not identify the items or the merchant ( s ) providing a service for which I was being billed. When I reviewed my XXXX credit card bill I noted that there was no charge in XXXX and I thought that this would be the end of such billing. I also expected to receive a credit from TransUnion to my credit card. Unfortunately, not only did I not received a credit for these unauthorized purchases ; I discovered the continued billing in the amount of {$26.00} through XXXX until XXXX. When I called TransUnion, I spoke to representative XXXX who suggested that I ordered a credit monitoring and that it would be canceled in XXXX. This did not happen either. At this point I reached out to XXXX XXXX Services for their assistance. I informed them that I never authorized the purchase of any items nor did I request any " credit monitoring '' from TransUnion and I would appreciate their investigating this matter. I believe file # XXXX will support my efforts to get to the bottom of these charges. I was told that I would be credited on my card for the outstanding charges from TransUnion until these disputes were resolved. At that point, it was suggested that their was possibly a subscription that I ordered. Again, I know of authorizing no such items.. By XX/XX/2021 the disputed transactions were settled in the favor of TransUnion amounting to {$180.00} plus interests. In addition, when I received the statements from XXXX XXXX regarding these disputes my husband 's name appeared as the recipient. He, too has no knowledge of receipt of any merchandise from TransUnion. Thank you!
