Previously TransUnion was using XXXX to verify bankruptcy. I have an alleged bankruptcy on my credit report, that was first reported in XXXX. Up util XXXX, TransUnion was using XXXX the verify 3rd party information. I have pulled my XXXX report and have found no bankruptcy listed. They have a new 3rd party system they are verifying information with HOWEVER, that is only for bankruptcy information collected from XXXX and forward. Since they first verified the information with XXXX, and now can no longer verify it they need to delete it.
